Frequently asked questions
How quickly will my order be sent?
Orders placed on a weekday before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day. Free standard UK delivery takes 1 to 3 working days.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Europe, USA and Canada delivery is £16, and the rest of the world is £20.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, unworn with tags. Please contact us first. See delivery & returns.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page lists its size details. If you're unsure, send us a message and we'll help.
Caring for your treasures
Wool socks & knitwear
Hand wash cool with a gentle wool wash, press out water without wringing, and dry flat away from direct heat.
Cotton hoodies & clothing
Wash inside out on a cool, gentle cycle to protect colours and prints. Avoid tumble drying.
Felted decorations
Keep dry and dust gently with a soft brush. Store wrapped in tissue, away from damp.
Bags
Spot clean with a damp cloth and let air dry.
