Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us before sending anything back at shophiddentreasure@outlook.com, and we'll reply with return instructions.
Damaged or wrong item?
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, so we can put it right.
Items we can't take back
Sale items, gift cards, personalised or special-order pieces and personal care products can't be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the piece you'd like.
